The New Land Owner/Tax payer is show as a Thomas Miller,, and Edward Hakim  As The Previous land/Owner Of The Motor City Roller Rink,...  A Drug Store "Sussex Drugs" located at the corner of the Motor City Building was Sub leased by Edward Hakim. We also Have an Old Address Of the previous Owner before Edward Hakim.. Schultes Theatre's 921 Fox Theatre Bldg Detroit, 1 Mich... This leading us to believe that at one time the owners of the old Fox Theatre In Detroit on Woodward Ave and The MotorCity Theatre on 9-Mile and Van Dyke in Warren were the Same.

And Here We Are Today,,,
{Aero photo taken in "1990"} Literally All Evidence Is Gone Of One Of The City Of Warren's Lost Treasures,,!!!
Not only the MotorCity Theatre/RollerRink Building is gone,, But all the surrounding residential properties in the block were cleared also, Making room for yet another 21st Century Strip Mall, Now housing a Rite Aid Drug Store on the far west, with a attached row of shops, And in the approximate location of the Old MotorCity is a Burger King Fast Food Restaurant.
