Mushroom Meatballs ( serves 4 )

Ingeredients:

1- can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1-lb ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1 egg ( slightly beaten )
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions;

Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of water. Measure out 1/2 cup soup mixture.
Combine with 1-lb ground beef, 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs, 2- tablespoons minced onion,
1- tablespoon minced parsley, 1-egg ( slightly beaten ), and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Shape into balls about 1-1/2 inches. Brown in Skillet., Add remaining soup mixture.
Cover, Cook over low heat 15- minutes. Stir occasionally,
Serving suggestion- Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.
