If anyone out there knows if the Harold Tapert in the picture on this site is related to the late Harold and Florence Tapert of Wayne Michigan please contact me. I am writing a book in which Colonel Harold A. Tapert of Wayne Michigan is a key figure but I have almost no information concerning him.
