Guarnieri violin?

Hi,
I have a violin that was used by my grandmother and I am interest because there is a kind of lebel inside:
Joseph Guarnierius fecit Cremonae anno 1734.
It seams that it is a 3/4 violin. I have some pictures. It can be a copy?
